I just finished a 6.642km running that lasted about 0hh:36mm:55ss !

Off road jog with Ella & Ray the dog

Another sunny run with my daughter & dog. Socially distancing but saying hello to the few people we came across. My dodgy foot felt OK but the other one felt a bit stiff, probably from jumping around a little too enthusiastically to Joe Wicks does PE every morning with my children!

I haven’t felt the urge to run after dark. There are rumours of an intimidating lad out at night who has followed some people. Not sure how true it is but has definitely made me think twice about when & where I will run.

Healthy living has gone out of the window this week. After home schooling my children, chasing after my toddler and getting the dog out i’m pretty tired. I’ve made pizza, cakes, flapjacks & i’ve ate them all. I feel like drinking most nights for some escapism. I need to try harder next week to be good.

Anyway, I hope you are all safe & well. Keep on moving. X

A run with your loved ones is always a good run 👍😀🏃

It certainly is! We’re only allowed out alone or with family here. Running with company is always less painful.
Stay safe & well

Nice pic!!! Lucky you are locked indoors as me :-(
Keep on running!

Oh bless you. How are you coping?
Are things starting to stabilise? Our figures only show those who are seriously ill in hospital so it’s hard to go by, is it the same in Spain?

Well, not so much to do indoors. I try to do core exercises and stretching as well as HIIT

You have uploaded 26 running activities, and 5 of them have been of similar distances (within 10 percent)!
Here are your 5-fastest running activities of a similar distance:

Over these 5 similar activities, you have travelled approximately 32.59 kms at an average pace of roughly 5:18 min/km!
Your latest run was at a pace of approximately 5.558min/km!
Looks like you went a bit slower this time! Remember that it's important to take some rest days, and do some rehab / prehab / strength and conditioning training too! If you weren't intending to go slower, take a moment to listen to your body, and see if you need something. Check in with yourself!

Nothing can stop a consistent Runner.
