I just finished a 9.684km running that lasted about 0hh:54mm:5ss !
Impromptu lunch time run. Despite 40mph winds and showers I still thought that this was a good idea. It’s surprisingly mild for this time of year and I thought that the woods would offer some protection from the wind and rain, which it did :) but man was it muddy! We’ve had an obscene amount of rain this past week and the ground is sodden. I needed hosing off in the garden before I could even go in the house. Kept the pace steady but my legs felt a lot better than yesterday. Lunch hour well spent! ❤️
