Description from Strava: Heading into another race week and I made the race pamphlet.
Just trying something a little different to finish off the year with my training. Doing a 10 minute warm up followed by 2 x 10 minutes of weights, 26 minutes of running.
A really tough session and topped it off with a quick bike finisher.
