Description from Strava: A great morning for a run although it started very dark. Another tough interval run with the O'Hagans run crew.
A 2.5km warm up followed by
2 x 1000m, 200m easy
2 x 800m, 200m easy
2 x 600m, 200m easy
2 x 400m, 200m easy
An easy cool down to finish up followed by quickly moving the car before it got towed away.
