Yep, that is sadly true. If I replaced the screen myself, it would likely be less expensive, but it is generally quicker and easier to just buy a new one. I wish the bloody screens weren't so stupidly fragile. It's good for their bottom line, though, unfortunately. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙.

If you "armor" your phone (especially pertaining to its screen) such that it would be more resistant to damage, it would become less usable though. 🤯😅
