Description from Strava:
The weather has turned nasty lately. It is not so cold, but it has been windy and wet. I was not totally sure I would go out at lunch time, but it did not seem to be raining much, so I went for it. As I got my kit out I realised I had odd socks and one was not a proper running sock. Not that it matters too much for a jog. I has also forgotten my phone arm strap, so I had to carry it in my hand. Then I set off without starting my watch properly, so I missed the first stretch. I think the weather distracted me.
This run was a little quicker than some recently, but then it was mostly on the flat. I stuck to quiet back streets for the first half. There was one long uphill part where I walked a little. I did have to be wary of the wet leaves that can be slippery, but there were no incidents.
The last part was down the main road which is a bit noisy. Stevenage has a lot of dual carriageways and roundabouts, but it also has a lot of cycle paths so it is quite good for running.
It did rain a little, but was not too bad really. I warmed up in the shower, but then I also wanted to cool down a bit before I went back to my desk.
Podcast listening was Add to Playlist (interesting music stuff) and The Guardian Science Weekly (talking about studying racism).

I had a quicker run this morning as well. I've gotta learn to stretch a bit more. My calves just kill after a couple of minutes running on the treadmill. I wasn't able to go more than three straight before it hurt too much.
Keep going, you're smashing your training at the moment and getting stronger every day.
