I know little about the steroid and supplement scene, but my son probably does as he's more into fitness and body building. I just hope he is not resorting to anything dodgy. Advertising is full of unrealistic expectations. Those with a high profile will often be happy to take money to push something they don't use and I expect this has multiplied with 'influencers'. I don't really follow any such people. I am sure some are sincere, but they have to compete with the shills. I am just wary of celebrity endorsements unless I trust that person.

It is nice to see people being honest about it though and also some people admitting they use illegal gear and calling out people who claim to be natural and just exercise a lot. No one is afraid to call out Hollywood types though and I think they are the most damaging when they claim that they have a workout regimen and just eat right..... and that's all it takes! Come on man, we can tell with your veiny physique that transformed in a year didn't come from chicken and broccoli.
