I went for a little walk before I started working from home today. Otherwise I might not get out. I feel I need some activity each day. It's around freezing here at the moment. I didn't log it on my Garmin, but the Google Fit app does it automatically. I had already done their recommended 150 minutes of activity for the week.
I am seriously considering joining a gym this year. I will run too, but I think I need some strength training to stay in shape. There is a gym about 20 minutes walk away, so I would probably go there.
