After 1.5 years with no indoor football training (futsal), we finally got permission to start up again! I've been pretty consistent with running 3-4 times a week, but it's still something else playing futsal. You get the intervals and it's more physical challenges than the more monotome running. The best thing about it is that you don't really think about it as training, it's just fun!
The Social Aspect
90% of my runs is solo-running, so the social aspect is..well...not there! It's often nice to run alone, especially in the nature, trail running - where you can just let the energy and the sounds from the nature sink in 🙏
But playing futsal with other people is a social thing, having fun toghether while still getting a great training session!
Covid-19 - Stay Away!
I really hope that we're seeing an end to this pandemic, and things can come back to normal.
