Description from Strava: The second day journey with STRAVA.
The first km was my distant from the bus interchange to my house. Usually I ll walk to home instead of using the bus because I ll be saving around sg 2 perday using bus from home in the morning and going home after work. Look not much but it was another sg 60 permonth which around RM 180 (same plane fee to my hometown). I only using the bus if it was raining. If I lucky enough I can rent the blue bicycle which cost around 25 cent per day if I'm not mistaken because I already subcribe to use it for 3 months.
After come home, I pause the apps and change to running attire. I went to the park just in front the house. My running paces still slow but when I reach around 4.5 km in apps, I start getting the rhythm of running and i feel I can run another miles because I guess the ardeneline pump. But, I stop at around 5 km because I need to get home and have dinner with my wife, since she was in night shift today.
It was a good run today, looking forward for next miles. Cheers everyone.
