50K fo a non-specifically trained one is quite good my friend. I am sure I will not even reached 40k at my current state 😂

Thank you very much. Yes, I am satisfied with what I achieved. Yet, I wish for more and I know that I am still capable of running longer if I train adequately. Not faster, just longer :)
You are doing great with everything considered. Life is a sinusoid and things change and they then change back :)
