I just finished a 7.056km running that lasted about 0hh:48mm:0ss !
Today it was time to run on trails
7 kms of trails run with Enzo accumulating 200 m of altitude.
I have carried it off-leash all the time, there is no danger of it escaping here and there is not much traffic in these places either.
But it has been a pleasure to meet part of my running gang doing the same and enjoying a fantastic and radiant spring day.
Satisfied with the performance of the dog that has been much better than mine. Obviously I lack training on this type of pavement lately.
Little by little I am returning to normality.

I used to go up the mountains 5 years ago now I'm Mallor hehe but never running, (running is cowardly) hahaha
I have come to climb 2800 meters what times
