Hello Exhaust community!
Its been already 6 weeks since I started dieting and training so I guess its finally a time to write my #1 progress report. If you don't know how I quited alcohol and why I started training move into my First Post.
Diet changes
I started with 2075 calories, but I haven't seen much progress, I guess its because my metabolism rate was fucked up after drinking alcohol, sitting home and eating fast foods for straight 3 years. I started cutting the calories untill I reached 1700 (week 4) and then I decided that I don't want to spend time on fixing my metabolism I want to exploit my body as much as I can then eventually I will try to fix it when I cut some weight finally. I started VLCD diet, 1000 calories 175g protein 0g carbs 40g fat, its based on ketosis and the method is developed by galeniko. Its a crazy method and not easy to keep up with, 1000 kcal and no carbs is a really hard mission and the risk of getting back the weight after going back to normal eating is very hard if I'm not careful. It might be not healthy and stupid but it works and multiple guys proved it. If you guys interested in this diet write me a comment and I'll send you the book in PDF, it contains 82 pages about this method. I'm gonna stay on this numer of calories basically to the end of cutting process, the only thing thats gonna happen is cheat meals. I will see how often. Not yet for sure.
Training
Still training at home, with 1000 kcal I don't have enough power to train at gym anyway and the weight is going down so thats fine. I'm training for about 40 minutes 3 days in a week. The plan is classic FBW
Squats 4 sets
Barbell Row 4 sets
Soldier Press 4 sets
push-ups 4 sets
Bicep Curl 4 sets
Tricep Extensions 4 sets
The only thing I'm changing is Squats for Deadlift, I'm cycling it every training I swap one for another.
Weight Loss
I didn't measure my waist recently, I care more about what mirror tells me than measurements.
But about weight its not much effort to step on it and it helps me guess if I'm going a good way.
90 kg -> 85 kg
I think 5 kg in 6 weeks isn't the best score but I'll try to improve it.
Supplements
Basically the same thing as in first post. The only thing that changed is that I bought a fat burner "SIMPLE BURNER V2" from WXNLABS. Nothing crazy in it except Yohimbine. I was drinking energy drinks zero before trainings, but it wiped my wallet really quickly, so I decided to not waste money on them and buy something more efficient to give me some power for trainings.
Photos
I think there is a lot of improvement, at first my biceps wasn't even visible when I flexed it, now it is, also it seems like I lost a lot of fat on my back. There is still a lot of fat on my belly but its a lot better than this
Getting weight is easy, but losing is not.
I still need a lot of time to get my dream physique, probably a full year, but for now I'll focus on losing as much weight as I can. I'll be sure to provide you guys progress reports every 4 weeks untill the year 2023!
Thats it guys, see ya in the next report!
holy mother. that is basically the stuff instagrams are made off 🤣
is that really you? like 6 weeks ago? the transformation is crazy..
haha its not like instagram yet LOL but I promise its gonna be better. Its only the beginning :D
You go dude! I really need to do something with my body. Gotta get out running and just move about in general. I've been motivated for the last few days but we've had a sick storm moving through the country so need to wait for that to pass. Out porch furniture went flying yesterday lol.
Looking forward to following your journey!
Yea man, activity is a really good thing, helping with depression, strengthens bones and overall health. If not my will to change the body I would probably still be drunk retard with tons of health issues.
Oh shit man, that sounds scary. I only saw those kind of things in movies. I hope the storm will pass fast in ur country so u can do more activity :)
Thanks man. Good to have some people that I can show my effort to.
Jebac ten alkohol 3 lata mi zabrał i zniszczył zdrowie.
