Qortal has always been in testing, and since there are few devs, and there's a lot to do, so some things have to wait a while. After all the network craziness, changes were implemented that made the whole network a lot more stable and resilient. π π π β¨ π€

That sounds great, and you should! Qortal is going through some notable changes presently. A new UI is being developed on a better code base, and the mintership protocols and process are being overhauled, so new people can't mint just yet, but soon. The dapps are part of the UI, and anyone can create them. π π π β¨ π€
