My favorite age was when I was sixteen years old.
This age gave me unforgettable sweet memories, it changed everything about who I am and my mindset.
It was the Age that marks the first time of some things in my life.
I made my first best friend at the age of 16
I fell in love for the first time at the age of 16
I had my first heartbreak at the age of 16
I started dreaming big at the age of 16
I got my first job at the age of 16
I became a loner at the age of 16
You can see that it was at the age of 16 a lot of things changed in my life.
Prior to this time, who was I?
I was a carefree teenager who had nothing to worry about.
I was okay with the little my parent offered me, I was happy and missed nothing because as humans we can not miss the life we never had. it is when we taste something better that we realize how our past life has been nothing but a pain.
Everything changed when a family came to live in front of my house, it was a family of 7, 2 boys and 3 girls.
I spent my days with them and from them, I learned the true value of friendship
The second son became my best friend, and I fell in love with the first daughter of the family but it was a love story that died before it started.
There can be no heartbreak without love so this explains the reason why I was heartbroken, I could not bear the pain anymore I decided to change environment and I ended up visiting my cousin and in her place, I saw things I have never seen and enjoyed a good life to the extent I wish the vacation never ends but no matter what, there is no place like home, I left her place after two weeks but that visitation gave me the biggest gift of my life which is the power to dream big
I miss my family which is why I left my cousin's place but I regretted leaving early because the joy of bonding with family only lasted for a few hours, I could not sleep in the night because of the mosquitoes humming and the heat because of no light, I remember how I had my own room in my cousin place, slept on a giant bed and how there was 24/7 light.
I could not sleep the whole night, I was just thinking about everything and what I needed to do to be like my cousin, and in the end, I knew if I was going to make it in life, I had to change the environment and move away from my parent and that was exactly what I did, At the age of 16, I left home for a greener pasture and here I am still dreaming big.
So the age of 16 is a year I can never forget in my life because I experienced a lot of both good and bad things at that age.

It seems at the age of 16 you have a lot of things to remember. I think I have no so many things to remember in my entire life except the moments I enjoyed with my family members.
we humans tend to remember the best and worst moment of our life, it just get stuck to your brain

Incredible 16! Some experiences can be an eye opener on what we want to do with our life or which direction we wish to take. I think it's good having it earlier in life than later, because it sort of prevents us from doing unnecessary mistakes.
yea the mistakes we make in life make us wiser, so that was the growing and learning stage and I learnt a lot of lessons

Teen days are usually full of sweet and bitter memories. I which all our dreams years back would have come to pass by now..but God makes all things possible in his time .
