The web is changing fast, and Web3 and blockchain technology provides us with some very exciting new opportunities. The digital shift is here, but we believe that to make the most of it, many people will need to understand how this shift works, This is the key reason why we have had Hive conferences to give more exposure to those who really wants to explore the opportunities with web3.
We are hosting Hive Web3 Bootcamp as part of our efforts to empower more people especially students and this event takes place at the Valley View University in Kumasi, Ghana on Monday. The event will provide insights about the Hive blockchain and ecosystem, help students learn practical experience on how they can leverage their skills for good, such as how they can create content and establish an online presence in world of blockchain.
Blockchain is not just a name or title; it is a powerful life-changing technology. In Ghana alone Hive has already created a real impact with Hive boreholes, providing clean water for countless communities. This has raised interests about Hive and many young people are asking how they can leverage this technology to advance their skillset and discover opportunities. This bootcamp focuses to make Web3 very easy.
We’ll take it step by step so that students walk away with actionable skills that they can implement immediately. Students will be able to create and activate their Hive accounts, create their contents and publish on Hive, learn how to earn rewards and interact with the Hive community and explore the services you can use with HIVE powered decentralized apps (dApps).
So by the end of the session, students will be able to have the confidence and skill set to begin their blockchain journey and dive into the Web3. This bootcamp was organised by us (@mcsamm and @collinz) and we have collaborated our efforts with some personalities who enjoy seeing young people thrive and learned in the digital space. Hive is not just another cryptocurrency, but a learning, creative and financial ecosystem and we want to share this journey with others.
