I Tested the AI Features on the Galaxy S24 Ultra: Should We Be Concerned About AI?"

Life can simply be cool when you have technology doing most of your work for you. I think it's one of the reasons why tech keeps evolving; we are always trying to use technology to handle everything in order to make life easier and simpler. As much as technology is good and helping us greatly, there are also repercussions. Just as technology has impacted our lives positively, it has also had negative impacts.

I'm a tech enthusiast, and I find every new piece of technology fascinating. However, i think some gadgets wouldn't be missed or make much of a difference if they didn't exist. I can say for a fact that most people never even use 90% of the features in their smartphones. Imagine having an expensive gadget in hand and not using about 50% of its functions. Wouldn't that be just a waste of money?

Well, we may all have different reasons for buying from brands, but personally, I don't go for brands unless they fulfill my needs. It's been about 5 years since I used Huawei, and as a big fan of Huawei, there was no way I was going to change if not for their Google issues. Also, I wasn't ready to try out Harmony OS as I had become accustomed to Android. After five years of sticking with the brand, I switched to Samsung.

Above are some of the pictures I took recently in a park with the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I personally love the phone as it fulfills my needs, it's my kind of phone. Every good feature that makes a great phone can be found in the S24 Ultra. Perhaps it will be the phone of the year. For photo lovers, I think you will find it very helpful; pictures look stunning when taken with its powerful lenses. However, there is just one issue that I think needs to be fixed, maybe in their next updates.

The post-photo processing seems to be the camera issue I have come across and learned many others like me have similar issue. After taking a nice picture, the camera refines it, altering its look, sometimes for the better, sometimes not so much. Apart from that, I have no issues. I don't know if it's something specific to Samsung phones; I'm yet to find out more. The phone is equipped with many AI features that make it so much fun and a useful tool. We are in the era of AI, and you can see how it’s being used in diverse fields.

Samsung is leveraging AI as a smart business strategy and it's giving them a competitive edge. I decided to try out some of the AI features for photo editing and found them really powerful. AI is evolving, and I wonder what we will be doing with AI in the future. From the pictures I took in the park, I was able sketch a snail on a giant mushroom, and with the help of AI, I was able to generate it into a real snail.

I guess if I had not shown the original work, it would have been hard to spot it was actually created with AI. So even though these features come in handy and can be useful, I think they can also be used to cause harm. They could be used to frame up or distort evidence, thereby putting others in harm's way through picture manipulation. What do you think?

The speed with which tech keeps evolving is intriguing and scary at the same time.

Regardless, when you give a thorough thought to things, you could get an advantage and a disadvantage altogether.

Tech is no different, it has its pros and cons. With positive mindfulness, it could great magic whereas where negativity is applied, destruction would follow.

Point is, AI is good and bad altogether. I guess it's up to us individuals to not get too carried away and rather use it for good.

Yea I also think same,it's all about ensuring a good use of technology. Thanks for stopping by and leaving a thoughtful comment.

That's really wild! I'd have never suspected. Looks like you're a an artist yourself with that snail sketch. But I wonder how you managed with EMUI all these years without Android upgrades. I loved Huawei till they... As for the camera post-processing, basically every phone does it now, but Samsung must have missed the mark on that one this time. Pro camera mode is the way to go to get real RAW images, but it isn't convenient.

I'm not very good at art now, but I was when I was younger. I never found the inspiration to take art seriously, If I had, it would probably be a significant talent for me now. I've always loved Huawei phones, even up until now, but I think I'm beginning to like Samsung as well. Who knows, I might stick with it for a long time or switchin future. The s24 ultra phone is great. I've tried shooting in Pro mode, which doesn’t apply refine photos, and I think RAW is more suited for professionals. Since I'm not really into photography, I would prefer simple settings. I'm looking forward to their next updates to see what changes. I appreciate your feedback thank you :)

I'm a lover of pictures, whenever I want to get a new phone, the first feature i check is the camera quality, i love the fact that technology is evolving and new improved camera lenses have been added to phones.
