RE: Creating Long-term Hive Enthusiasts

in HiveGhana2 years ago

I don't think many people realize just how stressful onboarding is. Especially if you want to do it right. You have to constantly check on and encourage your onboardees and mentor them on how to use the blockchain and become conversant with how it works.

But more importantly, whoever you're onboarding has to themself be genuinely interested and curious about learning about Hive, because there's only so much you can teach them. They have to learn certain things on their own by putting themselves out there.

I enjoy reading about the experiences. They have a certain element of improvement you can always pick up. Keep up the good work, man.

I'm glad you have experienced how hectic it can be to mentor others and ensure their success on the blockchain. It's quite a demanding task, and the ones I see thriving are those who have a genuine interest, curios to learn, and pursue their passion. We hope that all the efforts put into onboarding will help us gain dedicated and long-term enthusiasts for Hive. Thanks for the morale
