Ghanaian popular forex trader and social media influencer by name Bright Kodwo Onipayede famously (Kodwo Forex ) sues Albert Nathaniel Hide known as Bongo Ideas over some defamatory post made by Bongo ideas on his twitter timeline accusing Kodwo Forex as fraud and duping people's hard earned money using elicit means.
If you have no idea about the influencing power of these two individuals, then let me give you a fair idea of the capabilities on the media space about Kojo Forex.
This claims were not backed by any factual evidence which resulted in a back and forth argument between the two influencers.
According to the document from the High Court of Ghana, Albert Nathaniel Hide, known as Bongo Ideas is a self-professed internet blogger. In the document above some defamatory charges were incurred by Bongo Ideas.
The incident started following their first encounter when the two influencers met at a program on 10th April,2022.
The above image contains a detailed information about the defamatory messages Bongo Ideas shared on his twitter page about Kojo Forex.
Based on these false accusations as stated by the verdict given, Kojo Forex reputation was seriously injured by the continues false information shared by this blogger on his page. He said it affected his business deals, and his forex academy which he runs as means of teaching newbies and other tradrrs about his edge over the market, strategy.
As some may claim that Kojo Forex is being mean on the defamatory post charges against the blogger, the document stated that, Kojo Forex only wanted the blogger to retract his words and falsehood claims, yet it seems Bongo Ideas was determined to tarnish the image of Kojo, hence he deserved these charges that's contained in the final Judgement.
The lawyers of Kojo Forex were very intelligent about gathering information for this process. According to the document above, it wasn't just a complain, each complain was backed by a screenshot of Bongo ideas post. Based on the outcome of this court preceedings, I want to state categorically rhat irrespective of the diverse views we have concerning somw influencers or others on social media, we should be careful with tbe kind of messages and comments we share about them, make sure you have concrete evidence as to what ever you say else your own words will be used against yoj in the court of law. For me I think it was the last option Kwajo Forex had and Bongo ideas push him to that last option as it was the only thing that will let him back down, and it worked.
Excellent, exactly. According to my findings, Kojo tried to make him stop but he was determined to do what he wanted to do. So in my opinion, he serves all that has happened.
