Thanks for stopping by. The sea water dilution and usgae is something new to me and would learn more about it. I have always said the best form of empowerment is giving someone knowledge which in our case we always created a learning opportunity where people can be exposed to technologies that can make so much difference in their lives. We believe that a perosn can bring about changes in their own life ones they have the know hows.
