We are truly excited to welcome you to this new month which promises nothing but excitement and many great things to come. We do hope that y'all come into the month prepared because it is going to be a blast for the month.

Y'all know how we do it, we going to be learning and sharing and getting to know a whole lot this week from each other and on the blockchain, and with that, we entreat each and every one of you to make an effort to join in this week's challenges. You never know, you may just be the author of the week.

Let's begin the month with some appreciation and a sense of goodwill. It is always a great thing to be appreciated for one's good works, this not only boosts one's morale and pushes us to be the very best we can be but enables us to continue in whichever good works or path we may already be on.

Hive has lots of users and our community has diversified individuals sharing great knowledge with us at all times, but there is always that one person who stands out for us, you come online and you are eager to read their post, they inspire you, they educate you, they make you feel welcome, etc. Tell us who that person is, and let's appreciate him or her for his greatness.
Breast Cancer Awareness Month
The month of October is well known for two things in the health sector one is breast cancer awareness, and the other is ocular health as celebrated with World Sight Day. Let's start with the first one, we all must have heard about breast cancer in one way or the other, you do not need to have been a health worker to have heard or know about it.
Let's test our knowledge on breast cancer, what have you heard, what do you know, tell us so we can tell a friend to tell a friend, let's learn together, and let's share what we know. Do not worry there are health workers among us who would help direct us if what you know tends to be "not right". It is better to know the right thing now than to keep false information.
If You Only Had 24 Hours to Live...
When we go through life we always believe that our time is nowhere near, that we are young, perhaps we are now schooling, we just started working, we are doing this. we are doing that, we have a lot of time to achieve all our goals, dreams, and aspirations, and nothing can stop us. But what if you were told you only had 24 hours to live.
What would you do then? What would be your bucket list of activities to cross out, what are those things that you would want to try before you leave the earth? This should tap into your innermost desires, let's see what comes up, and share them with us.
All posts should have a word count ranging from 300 to 500 words. Our curators will be reviewing the content, so we encourage everyone to make an effort to meet this requirement.
This activity will remain active starting from now until the 8th of October**. Thus, we strongly encourage all participants to submit their entries before the last day.
All members of the Hive Ghana community are invited to take part by writing on ONE or THREE topics, each focusing on a topic that excites them and they would like to write about. If you are submitting THREE entries be sure to post on separate days, not on the same day.
