Whenever is Saturday I always see alot of football fields or some big part of land filled with boys or men playing football happily. Ok Sunday evenings people also play football too and in the afternoon or morning you will hardly see people playing football on Sunday because that's the period they spend in the church.
In my church alot of boys derive joy in playing football together, most of us are altar servers in the catholic church and each time we are done with cleanups and rehearsing, we gather together for closing prayer then we begin to play football and sometimes I join them in playing football though that's only when am less busy. I love basketball more but I do play football just to still be fit and also just for fun.

Sometimes we play football in the church compound for 2-3 hours before we get home and that's really a long period of time. There's always like two sets of team aside that's why we get the time to drink water and rest because we change turns while playing, like if a team concedes a goal the next set will come in and they will wait till one the sets playing concedes a goal too.
We normally set time so that if the two teams aren't able to score each other they will both leave the football space for the two sets to come in but if is only one set that's aside, the two teams will play penalty and anyone who scores or shoots the ball closer to the goalpost, the team will play with the incoming set. A wonderful pattern of play right?
Each teams do have four or five players each, depending on the number of boys that want to play. Sometimes you will see the strongest team for a day, scoring goals and removing all the available sets and they play without resting but at some point one of the sets will win them and they will finally leave the football space after being champions for playing all the sets in a row.

Whenever we finish playing football we will keep the ball inside particular store in the church and also keep the tyres we now use as goalposts at one corner, honestly scoring with that kind of post is very difficult. We will then go to the church tap one after the other and wash our legs some times we just rinse it and go home to bath. Football is a very popular sport in this world.

Yeah most boys use tyres as goalposts and us very difficult to score goals in such posts, that's what makes the game more competitive.
