On today's topic I will be highlighted you guys on this very special and supernatural ,tiny wonderful animal called snail .
There are very different types of snail but it's been classified based on there species but due to my environment doesn't have many of the species and I really find it deficult to see over here and don't Know if your have ever seen this type before.#
Also another research I mad I find out the benefits of snail to the human body that is it helps in building blood or supplies blood to the different part of the body.

But first of all let's know how it looks like and how it can be easily recognized.
A snail is a gastropod mollusk characterized by its spiral-shaped shell, soft body, and typically slow movement. Snails are found in terrestrial, freshwater, and marine environments worldwide. They are known for their ability to retract into their shells for protection and for their role in ecosystems as herbivores or
Scavengers.
Also snail do have different categories based on their classification and types you meet, snails are normally found in the forecast Forest area and some certain home area such as old building s ,you can also find it in a well nutritional land for growing farm plants.
Snails are very useful to the farmers and can also been sell in the market ,alot of people in the African countries do eat snail due to the nutritional value it has.
Another observations I got from the research I made about snail is the benefits to man kid let me brifely explain small now in my next post I will finish it up it will be very interesting.
Certainly! Here are some key nutritional aspects of snails:

Protein: Snails are a good source of protein, which is essential for building and repairing tissues in the body.

. Vitamins: They are particularly rich in vitamins such as vitamin B12, which is important for nerve function and the production of DNA, and vitamin A, which supports vision and immune function.

. Minerals: Snails contain minerals like iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc. Iron is crucial for oxygen transport in the blood, while magnesium supports muscle and nerve function.

Fatty Acids: Snails provide omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, which are beneficial for heart health and inflammation regulation.

Low in Fat: They are generally low in fat, making them a lean source of protein compared to other animal meats.

Nutritional values can vary slightly depending on the species of snail and their diet, but overall, snails offer a nutrient-dense profile that can contribute positively to a balanced diet.
