This is a very interesting article; thanks for posting it. Each period of life is important and challneging, and adulthood is not an exception. It's time when you need to take responsibility for yourself, your life, and your decisions. It can be hard, and not all people can handle it all. I have a psychology course at my uni, and we often talk about such periods and what is happening to us.
