RE: DOES IT WORTH THE HYPING?

I don’t think fried rice is a meal that is not healthy. I don’t know but to me, it is more healthy because it contains a lot of vegetables.

We use oil in most of our foods and funnily fried rice doesn’t take much oil unless one chooses to use a lot. Jollof rice, rice and stew… we consume oils in them, a lot. And those foods are even without vegetables.

But as you have said, it depends on the person’s cooking. But why is someone frying rice like meat ?? 😂😂

Sort:

Just because it contains veggies doesn't mean it is healthy because we have to fry it, what nutrient does it have after frying?

I saw the post on Facebook where the woman was frying rice as if she was frying meat or doughnut

Frying doesn’t take away any nutrients. We are talking about the oil. Yes. I say the veggies and protein in fried rice makes it quite healthy. Most of our food contain oil too, and they contain like pepper alongside.
Anyways. It is just an opinion.

😂😂 that person needs to be sued. ASAP.
