The roles they play.

At the recent Hive/Web3 Bootcamp in Ghana, a surprisingly powerful force was the modest and elegant brochure. It was printed and distributed in quantity. These brochures were essential in bringing the consensus of Hive and Web3 to life. It also helped show how many opportunities exist in decentralised services even if you don't participate actively yourself. When we saw people actively flipping over the brochures looking for new stories that they could read in depth, questioning and writing down notes, it told us quite clearly that they had served their purpose effectively.

The first thing that attracted the attention of participants was the attractive and usable design of the brochures. The design team at @HiveCreators made sure that this visual presentation was attractively produced and fittingly sized to serve as a handout version for anyone who needed more information. They had also done a good job in bringing about a crunchy blending of vivid colours, well-organised content and Hive branding that gave the brochures a highly professional and glossy look. This was a good way to introduce newcomers to uploading videos via Web3 while also providing existing users with fresh insights of their own, thereby keeping them interested and wanting more.

We'd like to express our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team that has worked tirelessly to make these brochures available at this conference. From the whole design team, those involved in creating content and also collaborators in the printing house, your joint efforts have really done something. Unless you had this kind of commitment, we would never have had an effective resource to lead inquiring participants through the basics of Hive and Web3. We didn't take all the hard work that went into it for granted.

I sincerely appreciate your tireless work for making this event a success. The brochures presented Web3 and Hive in a methodical way that separated the complex topics into easily understandable pieces. Participants could learn about the blockchain, decentralisation, and also what makes Hive unique. Again and again, it stresses content monetization, community engagement, and financial empowerment. This was particularly valuable for newcomers to the ecosystem. These people could use it as a guide in order to get started and fully utilize Hive.

One of the highlights of the brochure was a comprehensive description of how to register a Hive account and enter the Hive World, which many participants found very helpful. It simplified the registration process for them and handled many initial questions in advance. The brochure also cited real success stories of individuals who’ve benefited from Hive, encouraging participants to take action and find out what Web3 has to give them as well. Throughout the event, it was exciting to see participants using these brochures, referring to them during presentations and discussions, and employing them in Q&A sessions.

The usefulness of these materials can be seen from how involved and educated attendees were. In contrast to relying solely on verbal reports, the brochures offered people a concrete resource to take home, study, and even share with others. This gave them a more permanent and lasting learning experience. The brochures as a whole were a success, and we look forward to them being used in future events. Once again, this initiative has shown that good educational materials can really make a difference in terms of both boarding and empowering individuals. Thank you to everyone who helped bring about this success, and let’s see what we come up with next!
