Have you been in a car, weather a commercial car or your own private car and then you get to a certain point and nothing seems to move again because of traffic? How annoying that can be. I know most of us must have had that encounter one way or the other. This traffic lights are mostly in the urban areas, where some people are rushing to get to work on time, others too want to get home fast, others want to be in school ASAP, others too to the hospital and other destinations.
When this happens, how you could wish your car can fly but sorry to burst your bubbles, it can’t, well we are not there yet anyways. You would have no choice but to wait patiently for the light to turn green before you move. At time even the green light seems useless at some point in time of the day, especially in the evening time. There are things that goes on during these stops.
You could see that the moment the cars stop, people start rushing your car and other cars. Some may be before and after you, and your sideways. They will be holding different items shouting to advertise their products. At times they will be knocking and shouting at your window glass when you have them all the way up as if to penetrate through the glass. All they want is to seize that red light opportunity to sell their products to the already annoyed drivers and passengers. Some are rude though, but not all of them and I know most of them really want to get something at the end of the day.
This tells me that In life what you see as a bad or annoying thing is actually someone’s blessing or opportunity to be bless. It’s never the fault of the street hawkers neither is it the fault of the driver or the passengers, in fact it’s not the fault of anyone. The traffic lights are there to protect us from crashing into each other
So no matter how long it will take, you will eventually get to your destination. Those red lights that annoys you is actually the opportunity for the sellers to sell something and use it to feed their family, others used them to pay for their bills, I mean all kind of bills, fees and many others. So you stopping your car at a red light may be that a seller’s prayer is being answered. So the next time you are in traffic and you hear “YEEESS PURE WATER”, find that voice and buy some water even if you are not thirsty. You may be blessing someone’s day by doing that.
I couldn't help but think of this saying; " one man's meat, is another man's poison😁😁😁. Blessings comes in different forms, as drivers are cursing and hissing against traffic, hawkers make earnings from the busy lanes🙂🙂🙂

So true. What might not work for you, might work well for others. Yes sir, next time I meet a hawker in traffic, I’ll buy whatever they sell.
