Hello, everyone.
I welcome you to my blog. The year 2024 is coming to an end, and we all know it was not a smooth sail at all. We had the good days and the bad days, but in all, we scaled through and are grateful to God for how he showed a way out. The new government really made 2024 look like a very bad year because of how much the price of everything skyrocketed. At first we lamented and complained, but we realized that the more we complained, the worse things became. We complained about the fuel price at 800 naira, and boom, it skyrocketed to 1,300, and now we have all adjusted and learned to live with it.
This year, thanks to bad governance, we can proudly say that the year was a hard one, but we survived it anyway. People had to work themselves out to meet up with their needs and demands, giving people little to no time to actually have a good time they can look back at and smile. This year really kept people extremely busy. I have just confirmed that elections indeed have consequences, and I hope we all learn that and not make the same mistake again or be tribalistic when choosing who to support during an election. Instead, we support one who has shown he or she is capable of giving the country and its people a good life.
The outing, no pictures just videos.
Despite the ups and downs of the year, I still had a few good times to look back at and smile. First, it was a little outing with family; we never had the chance to do it throughout the year 2023 since Dad was never around throughout the year because of work, but at some point in 2024 we got a full house, everyone was home, and we decided to seize the opportunity and just do a little outing, eat out, and do a little family bonding. Nothing beats spending time with family; it helps to build the necessary bond to keep the family together no matter what. There are always ups and downs when it comes to family, but the only thing that keeps the family together is the bond they share, and this bond is only gotten from when family spends time with each other.

Another thing I reminisce about is the reunion I had with friends from high school, though I was forced to attend as I did not want to, but in the end it was worth it. Getting to reconnect and talk about all the things we did back then, both the good and bad. Teasing those that cried while getting flogged by perfects and teachers and making the sounds they were making, throughout the seatout we were laughing as stories kept popping up, even things I never knew happened I came to know about at the little reunion. Sometimes when I remember certain things we talk about, I just smile.
That’s the thing about Family being together. There’s going to be a lot of stories popping up from time to time followed by laughter of all sorts. Anyway, thanks to bad governance you’re now resilient, abi?😂😂
Very very resilient 😂, failure to be puts ones mental health at risk.
Thanks for dropping by.
