How do I restore lost energy?

Hello, everyone.

I welcome you to my blog. Life is a hurdle; you go from dealing with one challenge to another, as sometimes it feels like that is what reminds you that you are alive. Most of the time it feels like you solve one problem and get two free, more like the challenges of life are always at a discounted rate, and we all know what happens when things are sold at a discounted rate: people tend to buy them excess, but in this case we are not even buying at our own will because it currently feels like these problems are forced on us and we are left with no choice but to solve them.

Today you manage to solve a problem, and the next day comes with two more for you to solve. The more you solve, the more problems you get to solve, and failure to solve will leave you with a pile of problems that actually needs your attention, which makes it very important that we do all it takes to get problems solved to avoid having a pile of them waiting to be solved. If one problem can be so overwhelming, imagine having a pile of it waiting for you; you might have a heart attack when you think about it.

As our faces differ, so do how we react and handle situations. We have people who react immediately and off emotions to situations and those who take their time to process it before they actually react. The truth about handling situations is to do whatever works for one and not try to emulate another, as what works for Mr. A might not work for Mr. B. This applies to rejuvenating energy when we feel demoralized; sometimes life problems and challenges can be overwhelming, and you are left thinking about giving up since you don't have any energy left to keep pushing, so in cases like this, how do you muster the strength to stand up and keep pushing?

For me, I would always take a walk; while you take a walk, you get to see things that get your mind off the problem on the ground. Sometimes go on this walk with friends, and the teasing will definitely help you forget how demoralized you were before you stepped out of the house; dealing with a lot while indoors makes it even worse. I don't for others, but when I feel demoralized and indoors, I feel like the room is spinning 😂, so I step out to clear my head, and before I go back to the room, I feel a lot better.

Another way to handle the situation is to have a person or two you can fall back on, people you can open up to. We all know that our world has really changed, and the days of a problem shared is a problem solved are no more. These days, a problem shared is you giving an avenue to be judged and mocked as well, but despite the world being the way it is, we should still have a person at least who, when we share our problems with, even if they don't offer us the help we need, we actually get encouragement and advice from them, and that too can go a long way to help us muster the energy we need to pick ourselves up from the ground and try again.

I was going to say I’ll also take a walk but I don’t trust myself not to slip and fall in one ice cream shop.
