Year in, year out, artists keep recording and producing different Christmas songs, but somehow some of the old songs I know are not really old because of how they were beautifully sung.

Songs like Mary's Boy Child, Silent Night, Feliz Navidad, and Jingle Bells are gold and would never get old. These are songs that even the next generations would get to listen to. These are songs that, while growing up, reminded us that we are already in the festive period whenever we hear them.

For years now, virtually all, if not all, Pentatonix Christmas songs have remained my best Christmas songs.

However, one particular song has stood out for me; everything about the lines of the song gives me chills. Mary, did you know, is the song I am talking about.

This song does not get old; I can listen to it any day, any time. There is just everything beautiful about the lyrics of this song that gives me goosebumps whenever I listen to them.

The song is a reminder to us to cherish people and relationships; some people have lost valuable relationships because they did not know that that person that looked like nothing yesterday would become the president today. If only some people knew who Jesus was, they would not have treated him the way they did.
