Hi @ellaturb fear corners us and paralyzes us, so I'm glad you recognize that you can't live in fear every day assuming that something bad is going to happen, especially that a loved one may die, of course when there are serious health problems that threaten life, we feel threatened and vulnerable, there is normal fear. Death has this gift of making us live in fear. But don't let it control the next steps of your life.
