Anger is an ordinary feeling that is inevitable for everyone as long as we live here on earth, We all have the capacity to become angry, be it by a minor irritation or major provocation, people often see anger as a negative emotion but manner in which is it manage is what makes it looks like that and these manner in which anger is exhibited or controlled may differ from one individual to another.
Personally, I am a very jovial person and I don’t easily get angry but when I do, I will to try and communicate my thoughts and feelings appropriately and then let it go. I don't really have time to keep things to heart. I don't really know if we have the freedom to express or not to express emotions such as anger, but for me I think it is crucial to understand how to contain and regulate this emotion.
In a situation where there is arguments, it is very important to try and not get angry, no matter how much you do. Sometimes, you may be so furious that you cannot control your actions, but when this happens, just pause for some time, take a deep breath and count to ten before you say something. Just do not forget that you do not need to be aggressive or violent here to be heard use your voice calmly and rationally.
assuming that every once in a while you discover that you are rather angry and that this anger is uncontrollable, then the following steps can help you manage your anger. First of all, you should try to find what makes you angry. Is it a particular stressor or has the robo-salter and stress accumulated to this point? Such exercises are useful in lowering the rate of anger and frustration you experience as well as calming the mind and body. Exercise is also known to help let out emotions that may be bottled in after work, as well as help in boosting mood. If you want to let anger out, you can just walk around the house or engage in a jog or any physical exercise.
Friends, family or a therapist could also be of help in dealing with anger related complications. Self-expression might be helpful to talk to someone whom you trust and who always encourages one to look for healthier ways of expressing him/herself. Also, engaging in self-care activities as well as also setting boundaries in the different areas of life can help one to manage stressors and do away with those that make one angry.
It must be understood that anger in itself is not negative but rather the way it is managed that creates the problem. The goal here is to learn how to effectively manage and control their emotions so as to have excellent lives. Do not be a ‘rabbit trapped in headlights ‘ – get hold of your rage and seek other ways of showing it. Anger is normal and is ok to feel, but it should be managed and expressed appropriately and in the right manner.

you are perfectly right in some of what you have said. In fact one of the things I always do whenever I noticed I am angry is to work away from that vicinity
