Life is full of obstacles but that doesn't mean is not worth living,
Life can be enjoyed only if we take the necessary steps in life and avoid the unnecessary , plan our day to day activities and easily adapt to changes when it comes.
But then to adapt can be frustrating especially at the early stage and that's why I want to list out some life advice that can help everyone to adapt to life changes with ease.
1> Mind exercise:
Mind exercise which is also known as mental workout can help improve various cognitive functions such as memory, attentive span , creativity and ability to adapt,
we can train our minds to be calm in difficult situation,
We can train our minds not to take rash decisions no matter the circumstances.
There are different types of mind exercise which are very helpful but the best is meditation.
Meditation is the practice of training your focus and mind to achieve inner peace, calmness, tranquility,
There are other mind exercise like playing mind games such as soduka game etc
- Rest and sleep:
Rest and sleep is essential in our day to day activities,
No matter how busy a person may seem, the same person needs adequate sleep to keep moving.
Sleep and rest helps to organize and arrange our mental and physical health, thereby helping us to adapt to sudden and difficult changes of life.
3> set realistic goals:
Setting realistic goals can help us to build self esteem which is important in feeling good about oneself.
- Make water your friend:
It is advisable to take atleast 2liters of water as an average adult,
Water helps us to manage stress and also look healthy
.
5> exercise regularly
Well , someone might ask , "why exercise??"
Exercise is very important as it helps us to stay fit and healthy.
Eat healthy foods :
It is said that a hungry man is an angry man but i want to put it in a better saying,
A hungry man's action can't be dictated ,
A hungry or malnourished man can't be stable in thinking,
So in asmuch as there is hardship, try as much as to eat healthy,
Eating healthy doesn't necessarily mean eating everything you see , once it has the name food tagged to it but eating healthy means eating a well balanced food, foods that are rich in fiber, protein, vitamins and minerals etc.
No matter the hardship remember that oranges of 100bucks is better than burger of 100bucks.
In summary
Put your trust in God because every power, every good thing comes from him and he never disappoint those those who diligently seek him.
