Where is INDIA heading to
Really, INDIA is in a very pitiable condition/position. While all the countries are fighting against one virus, India is fighting against two viruses at the same time. Coronavirus maybe curable sooner than later, but this communal virus......
Each and every Indian is devastated on seeing the extent to which the minorities are made to suffer in a so-called secular country like India. Our country has many politicians, but it's very hard to see the SACRIFICIANS(a term not found in the dictionary and coined by myself to describe any person who is selfless).
The unfortunate thing is that there are SACRIFICIANS there in each and every political party, but their sacrifices are getting buried and their services are going unnoticed. They will never mind about it and they will continue to do so. On seeing their selfless work, the people around them should get inspired, but it is not the case to be. They will make fun of them and will just make a mockery of their selfless services.
At this moment, let me tell you all about one perfect SACRIFICIAN called "KARMA VEERAR KAMARAJ", the late former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu who ruled TN for nine long years and this period is called a "Golden Period of Tamil Nadu." I am really fortunate enough to be born in the same land where this SUPREME SACRIFICIAN had been born! His educational qualification may be less, but his meritorious qualities are very high.
He made many reforms for the development of the poor and downtrodden. One reform that changed the face of the education of the poor is the fantastic "Midday Meals Scheme."
Let me tell you an interesting incident regarding the same that laid the foundation for the above scheme. One day, when former CM Mr. K. Kamaraj was traveling in a car to another town to address a gathering, he saw one little boy grazing cattle along with his father in the fields. Any other CM would not have taken that much interest in knowing the reason as to why that little boy is grazing the cattle along with his father. But it is not in the same with our Kamaraj Sir. So he stopped by, called his father, and asked the reason for not sending his son to the school. His father simply replied that he is not financially okay to send him to school. On hearing this, Mr. Kamaraj was taken aback but gave a thought about it, and out came the MIRACULOUS IDEA OF MIDDAY MEALS SCHEME.
The idea behind the scheme is to make the poor children study and if they did, they will be provided free midday meals. What a brilliant idea it is to make the villagers' minds make a U-turn in their children's education.
If our country is in the hands of such a stalwart instead of these fascist forces, it would have been a cakewalk for our country to come out of this pandemic, but.......
Sounds like KARMA VEERAR KAMARAJ is one heck of a guy. Sadly there aren't many popular politicians like him(in any country.) which I wish wasn't the case.

No, no.....actually he is an INCOMPARABLE and INCONQUERABLE GEM OF THE PAST! He left us long, long ago i.e., on 2 October 1975.

It is very hard to find politicians like KARMA VEERAR KAMARAJ anywhere in the world these days. They exist but unfortunately get buried by the corruption and greed of the majority.
It would be great to see more people follow in the lead of a man like this and look at the bigger picture but it is hard to see it happening. Money is the most powerful motivator for most people and they don't mind sacrificing good men like this to get more of it.
I like that story of the boy and his father. The most unfortunate part of life is that there is plenty for everybody with the right attitude. Plenty food and plenty resources but they are hoarded by the greedy instead of being used to help the unfortunate.
