Hello Splinter nerds
I played both the modern and survival format in the last season again and these tactics helped in farming more sps... I was scrolling through the bird app yesterday when I saw Goldmatters tweet about Splintershard's potential of reaching 1 dollar which was said by PJ, everyone on Splinterland server should know who PJ is.
This revelation motivated me to farm more sps, this is the time to get sps cheap and not sell it, it is easier to get it when it is cheap cos everybody wants it when it becomes expensive and that is when we make a profit. I was motivated by Ecoinstant with the statement.
I am very patient and do not hope for an sps pump anytime soon because I still want to earn more of the token. Imagine if sps hit 1 dollar someday and I still hold my bag; I would live happily ever after.
When it comes to the synergy of summoner and monsters, The first thing that comes to my mind is Scarred Llama Mage combo with healing monsters, it could be llama and Kron, LLama and Flesh Golem, or Llama and Pelacor Mercenary... I have used this combo to win a lot of battles and it is good in any league! In fact, it is a cheat code in lower leagues because the combo is hard to defeat in low mana cap battles.
While playing survival mode, I was presented with a chance to use this deadly combo.
We were given 2 rules... The first was Broken arrows which indicates no range monsters are allowed in the battle while the second rule was Explosive weaponry which means all monsters have the blast ability... The battle cap was 16 and nothing else came to mind at that point than the combo of Llama and Pelacor because I knew it wouldn't be easy for the opponent to defeat me.
The opponent used the water splinter, his mode of attack was sneaky and he almost had me but luck was on my side and my monster retaliation helped a lot,
His lineup was familiar, cos I also used it when I still used to play the wild format, he placed his attackers in the back and placed decoy at the front, while my opponent attacked from the front, he start his attack from the back using those sneaky monsters and by the time i get to them, the game is already over but it also has its risk cos if i also used sneaky monsters, it could end bad for him.
The only reason why I was able to achieve victory was because of the last standing the summoner Scarred LLama gave to Pelacor which gave him more power and health that he was able to use to withstand all the attacks from the opponent, it was an interesting battle that leaves me wondering who was going to be the winner.

The blast also did some good job as well. It was a daring lineup, and the llama, such a reliable summoner.
Perhaps in 2029, who knows? I think 20 to 30 cents is possible around the second half of the year, but who knows. I haven't sold ever before, as my stash is very small but I might sell some of mine to take care of a few issues.
Yes the blast help and probably would have lost without the blast.
0.3 is also a very good price. It is good to take profit , I wil also sell a bit when it touches 0.1.
