In a society where everyone is struggling to make a thing out of it thereis boun to be rooms for offenses and stepping on each other foots just to be on top.
No one case about how anyone feels, faking everything including feelings is the core of everything. A lady who is desperate for money can go through all means to have a rich man by his side whether married or unmarried her aim is to touch, spend, use and feel the money so anything else happening doesn't concern her in anyway.
A young man by all means want to have more money to be reapected, spend and have power over the poor so he can manipulate anyone to do as he wishes, the means of getting thr money is none of his busness all he wants is money, money and money.
Living in a society like this brings only one question in my heart, why? The desperation in the eyes of the people around me, most times is scaring and it can be consuming too but no one cares because according to them "money i everything and helps one turn the society upside down". This i do not argue but i have seen a rich man who cries and wishes to be poor and this you asked why?
The other day in my place of business, a rich man came patronizing and i was happy seeing him because in my mind this one is a big fish but his tone and responses turn me off telling me to be thankful that i still have my mind and peace, i shouldn't envy or wish to be like anyone in life, paid my money and off he goes.
I sat down thinking about his words and there i realise that everything in life is vanity. Most times everything seems meaningless, useless and i will ask *does another world exist outside here?
I can't always wrap my head on things happening and why people choose to act the way they do.
The ladies taking it around me calls it packaging and i ask, why package sn empty container? What are you packaging for? Why can you stay true to yourself and be consistent with contentment. And the guys will call it pride and i will say pride is stupidity, how will you let your pride ruin you and deprive you of happiness?
Life is just easy but the people living it makes it hard for themselves and the people around them.
