The impact of compliance with standards and business processes through effective internal control.

Globally, organizations are seen as highly competitive businesses, effectively applying productivity mechanisms, labor force, quality and customer service, which translates into dynamism and adapting to market changes.

For this reason they must use their resources correctly, where the accounting area is schematized as one of the most valuable in any of them; and that through its efficient operation allows to comply with its policies, standards and procedures, complying with all laws and regulations.

However, over the years it has been observed how accounting has acquired great importance in the operation of companies, since their accounting system has as its mission the collection, classification, summary and communication of economic and financial transactions, thus allowing them to obtain and maintain accurate information regarding their accounting system.

In this way, companies must have an effective accounting management that guarantees the proper functioning of their operations, thus maintaining an internal control that allows them to establish a decision-making process, both at the operational and accounting-financial levels.

It should be noted that the more effective the procedures, policies and guidelines are, the greater the degree of accounting efficiency achieved by the organizations, for which the administrative processes must be adapted to the existing reality, taking into account the economic, technological, social and political factors, which are constantly changing.

We can also say that organizations should establish effective processes with specific activities of social, administrative, accounting, financial, industrial, process, among others, which allows to establish that there is a need to evaluate the effectiveness of the work done by them.

In this way, it allows companies to monitor the achievement of the objectives set, being the internal control process a fundamental element for the effective development of processes and accounting management in organizations.

Therefore, internal control focuses on evaluating and correcting the application of rules and procedures related to a specific area, which verifies the effective execution of the processes, seeking to maintain a high rate of effectiveness in them, in order to achieve a better performance of the activities carried out by the organization.
