Holidays : visit to temples in almora 🛕😆❤

Hlo, hy, namaste to all hive users reaching this post, hope doing great. I am here after a much long times (2 months) because of my school but vacations are started so I am back here 😆. We didn't planned to go anywhere just because of my tution classes and boards are there this year that is why tooo. But it was too hot at haldwani , so just because of the climate we got holiday of a week. Then we planned to go to almora 😌 for a week. We were so excited to go there. We went to 3 temples chitai, gairad and one more (didn't recongnise the name ) at almora with my grandmother (nani),mother , uncle (mama) and brother. I had been gone to chitai golu devta temple for 2 or 3 times but never had been to gairad ever, it was my first time there. We haven't planned to go to temples also but my mother wanted to go there as she was not gone gairad after her high school. So here I am sharing some photos and story about those temples

Way to the temples 🛕
We went from home at 6 am and returned home at 10 :30 am.First of all we went to chitai, it was just way of 15 to 20 minutes from home.

Lots of bells and letters are hanged here by the people coming here. It is said that if we wrote our wish in the letter and hang it in the temple our wish will we complete. I haven't tried it but curious about it. My mother was saying that we will hang it this time but she forgot to bring paper and pen 😅. I was reading the letters hanged there , But then my uncle (mama) said we shouldn't read the wishes written by others.

It is the largest bell hanged there, it is here from a long time ⌚
We went from here in 10 to 15 minutes only. Then from here we went to the temple whose name I didn't remember 😅.

After some photoshoot we started going to gairad.It took much time to reach their 😣 just because we went to another path and when we were going to reach almora(circular path) then all realised that we are in the wrong path. Then we returned for gairad and reached their after 1 hr and some minutes . We went in and their was too cold that almora and the temples we had gone. Their were many gates made up of stone, I thought it would be not that much big. But it was too big, much space was their.

I forget to take the photo of God golu devta (inside the temple) . My uncle (mama) and grandmother (mom's mother, nani)told that their were no walls here before their were only the two stones between which God golu devta was killed. The stones are still inside the temple and they are too huge. I was surprised how they are stable just because they are too big.

There were more God and goddess there 👆.
After worship we went to the open area their, 3 swings were there. As soon I came to the open area , I sat on a big stone. There were many big stones .

We sat their for 20 to 30 minutes, it was lot of fun. But we had to return home early just because the uncle who was driving the car (office employee of nana ji) had to go to office.

Brought a pine from there, pine were not in the road side so my uncle (mama) gone to the down side for the pines but many were broken , able to find one only because the surface was too slippery.
I will share when I will colour the pine 😁.
