So in this post I would like to talk about a creative approach to problem solving.
What you see above is a neat gadget called a gyro ball, in my case it's a cheap one from China, but the post is not really about this unique exercise ball or how you can get the best deal buying one or if it's better to buy a more expensive or what not.
This thing is a great example of a fairly creative approach, instead of using a weight this gadget builds up angular momentum as you spin it around, the faster it spins the more force it creates almost acting like a variable weight.
Like I said it's not really about the gadget just the creative approach and that is where the magic is at but how can it be attained ? range 50-60
That is a hard question that is not easily answered, no one really knows for certain as chance plays a huge role here but without willing to experiment and fail there is no chance for chance.
So don't be afraid perhaps you can discover your own creative approach.
