Imposter, small but dangerous

In the hard and cold nature, if one is a hunter then one should really have the skill to identify, locate, and then catch the prey to survive. Otherwise, it will be starved to death, as no one would ever come, and bring the food to you, unless it is still a baby, even in some cases, the baby predator instinctively knows how to hunt, and already become a ferocious predator right after it was born.

And for the prey, it is really important to know how to hide and blend in with the surrounding so that it will have a better chance of surviving, and continuing the generation so it won't go extinct.

on the other hand, some of the predators and also the prey would likely to evolve, and then turn into an imposter. adapting and modifying its appearance and habits to resemble another species, which might be completely different from its general species.

This black ant-mimicking spider is one example. It is actually a spider, because it has 8 legs in total, but the body and the color of this spider really resemble a black ant.

Unless you look closely, there is a big chance that you might think the species that I have today is an ant. Besides its 8 legs, this species has, the shape of its eyes also gives way, and exposes its imposing skill. Let me know if you are aware of the difference between an ant and this spider that I have today.

The habit that this spider has is also almost the same as the black ants. it moves erratically, and very fast, just like the normal ant would behave. But since the spider is also a predator, it still pose danger to its prey. If they think it is a friendly ant that come close, and they notice that it is actually the predator. Then it is already too late for the prey to run from this predator.
