a quick question to determine roi. You added to that the value of your cards. Are you certain that if today you sold all of your cards, the value would be the same? or half of it would be sold, the majority of them in lower prices or even the opposite

Your consideration is correct.
The only way to know the true value of a card collection is to consider the value based on BID prices.
This would give me an immediately monetizable value of my card collection.
A few months ago Peakmonsters used to display value based on BID prices and in my report I would use that value to determine ROI and profit but now it is gone.
My ROI is an estimated value based on market prices so it could be lower (more likely) but also higher.
