Postural position refers to the alignment of the body in relation to the force of gravity. It is the way that a person holds their body when they are standing, sitting, or lying down. Proper postural position is important for maintaining good physical health and preventing injuries.
There are several key elements to proper postural position:
Neutral spine: The spine should be in a neutral position with the natural curves of the spine maintained. This means that the neck, upper back, and lower back should be in a straight line, with the hips and pelvis aligned properly.
Balanced weight distribution: The weight of the body should be evenly distributed on both feet when standing, or on the hips and buttocks when sitting.
Relaxed shoulders: The shoulders should be relaxed and not hunched or elevated.
Head position: The head should be in a neutral position, with the ears aligned over the shoulders and the chin parallel to the ground.
Proper foot position: The feet should be shoulder-width apart and pointing forward when standing, or flat on the ground with the knees bent when sitting.
Poor posture can result in a range of health problems, including back pain, neck pain, and headaches. Over time, poor posture can lead to more serious problems such as spinal curvature and disc degeneration.
In order to maintain good postural position, it is important to be aware of your body and make conscious efforts to maintain proper alignment. This can include:
Taking frequent breaks: If you work at a desk or computer for long periods of time, it is important to take regular breaks to stretch and move around.
Exercise: Regular exercise, especially activities that promote strength and flexibility in the back and core muscles, can help improve posture.
Using ergonomic furniture: Ergonomic chairs and desks can help promote proper postural position while sitting.
Seeing a physical therapist: A physical therapist can help identify and address postural issues and provide exercises and other interventions to improve posture.
In conclusion, proper postural position is an essential element of good physical health. Maintaining good posture requires awareness, effort, and ongoing attention, but the benefits are well worth the effort.

Hello @henriano nice to meet you.
This is good the proper postural position.
It helps posture and it's so important for aging people like myself :)
Yoga is good as you mentioned. I also do some basic ballet barre at home. When done properly ballet is anatomically correct and a little bit of ballet is good for bones and muscle tone.
Barb :)
