TWO YEARS AGO!....i got a job with Tinaries Bakeries, one of the best, outstanding household names in Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria when it comes to Pasteries, cakes, Bread, natural blended drinks, etc ...
I Applied as a pastery chef, and i got the job, i thought this was a regular work i had experienced with other previous companies and eatries i've worked with.
When i started i soon realised here staffs are constantly on their toe working round the clock till their shift elapses, some days when our Dm comes around to inspect production its usually a talk-of-war cause she doesn't take it likely if any product is not found in the frontline showglass, that means i had to learn multi-tasking.
I literally had to work on three different products at the same time, to ensure i meet up with time, it was hectic, stressful, and i'm often tired whenever i got home, tho i loved it tho, i love to actually work get busy doing something especially what i really love to do, unlike when i was working in other places were workers just stay around doing nothing really, u serious about their job, here it was totally different, and being new to this different kind working routine made me levelled up my energy to meet up demands, plus sales were high so that means twice as fast.
The whole point is i'm exposed to something different and new to me, but the reality is in my willing to learn adapt and grow, no matter how challenging and difficult any task is i make sure to build my interest to learn and grow into it, soon i became perfect in it.
I see it that this is were a lot of people find it difficult to fit in, not knowing how to do something yet building interest to learn, which is the first point of anything, the interest to learn, without having interest in anything it becomes impossible to do.
Few days ago i have actually tried on onboarding some new bie to hive blockchain, went my extra way to ensure that they get the necessary basic info to get on and stick around but sooner they aren't even putting effort to learn, zero interest.
illusion of perfect Time
I learnt a long time ago that the word "when the time is right, or waiting for the perfect time" is just an illusion of the mind that many have imbibed in them as reailty to excuse themselves of not starting up something right away, waiting for when the have all the needed time, resources, space and comfort to do something.
Through multitasking i realise i can actually cheat time by defying the norms, instead of doing 1,2,3,4 i do all four simultaneously thereby shortening the time used to carry out the task, also giving me more time to do other things, so i do more with less now.
The truth is big names like Elon musk, Mark, Jeff Besos, warren Buffet, these men are going an extra miles to cheat time, so while you sleep or just whiling away time they coming up with numerous strategies to enhance their effort by doing more with less time, we all have 24hours in a day, so how come some do so much with less.
