It was a typical Friday evening, and I (my stomach) desperately needed something to eat..I was in my room in school,(I dont have a roommate, so thinking of what to do,to eat and all is My sole responsibility ),all my food keeping boxes were empty,and i already washed them all in anticipation for a miracle so as to restock them all,but then it really dawned on me,am broke and very hungry.
Well I decided to call one or two people before hunger turn me into something else.
Fortunately my brother sent me two thousand naira,I thought of what to do,If I should go fill my gas which was #1350 per kg at that time,what will I cook with #650.
Suddenly a friend who's my neighbor told me she's going to town to party,she asked me to dress up and follow her and i told she already knows I dont go out for such,she said the person holding the party is not a stranger to me thats he's someone I know,(it was her boyfriend who was my friend also, well I told her am not the party tipe,I just told her to help get a plate of food along (item7)and a bottled water,which all amount to #2000.Before she came to tell me she's going out,I already decide to just spend the whole money(like the woman in the bible who said all she had was that little flour,just for her and her son to eat)that evening not thinking about the other day,cos that week my eyes has seen a lot,and schools been collecting every single penny from me.
Well...she came back that evening with two plate of rice and I was like,what happened, she said her boyfriend asked her to give me the other one and that is for taking care of her and all,including the one I asked her to buy...
I was like,since your boyfriendgg already bought one for me why buy another not return my money then,you shouldn't hgave buy another again,then she said she is not the type to not run errands for someone, might be insulting, I was like,insulting like how,the #2000 could have helped me for the next day....
But that was all,she dropped it and left and then I ate both plate,I rushed one with anger and the other i ate it calmly,with all humility and with smiles😁,that was how she made me ate a weeks food in a night 🥺

Smiles, you are right though, just thought she shouldn't have bought another.
Your roommates should have spared the money for you instead of using it to buy extra food when she secured one already for you.
That's one thing that happens with humans...we can't expect everyone to think the same with us
However in every experience, there's a lesson to learn
Ohhh yea,exactly,thanks a lot,because thinking back, it was definitely something.
You went from being hungry to overeating - all in one day. Your friend was being helpful in purchasing the food - she was not aware that it was your last 2K. Maybe one portion of the food could have been saved for your meal the following day.

Thanks,Smiles,Exactly,i should have kept one,just thought all these restaurant foods don't have such,it could get spoilt before the following morning,I thought I do rather just eat both to avoid stories that touches
