So what exactly are we supposed to make of incidents like Trump's Attempted Assassination. You see a man armed with unregistered weapons and fake IDs manages to breache top level security at Trump's rally, almost killed the guy on live television. We see this and we’re all supposed just calm down and forget about it because the Secret Service says Trump wasn’t in danger.
Don't you think that's a little bit suspicious though? Yes the guy claimed to be a journalist and a Trump supporter but haven't we heard these stories before? And we know they don’t always end well at all.
What's getting me worried about the media and how bad the world has gotten isn't just the fact that this guy had multiple weapons planning on killing a presidential candidate but how quickly we have downplayed such a situation. They release the guy on a simple$5,000 bail as if someone carrying multiple fake passports and unregistered firearms is simply having a bad day.
It's unfair how we brush off such a potential threat based on who’s involved. Had this been another political figure, someone besides Donald Trump, would we be so quick to brush it off? I doubt it. Let's say it was an attempt on Kamala Harris instead, I'm sure they would have been preparing to kill the person who attempted it.
I quite remember a friend of mine who was stopped for a mere routine traffic violation. He had no weapons on him, nothing strange, but he was detained for hours just because of an expired registration. But a guy with a shotgun, fake license plate and multiple identities, is caught me we're being told not to worry.
I'm not saying this just because I'm a Trump supporter but its about how easily we’re told things are under control, when the reality is a big mess out of control.
