Whenever I start to feel some life's "normal" ashes and pains, I always look first to my diet to see where I've gone off course. Almost all degenerative diseases can be traced to dietary origins. In fact, aging itself can be slowed by adopting a healthier food choices.

Mediterranean diet also gives an answer to diabetes! Thanks for sharing!
