Most things we enjoy in life that are vital to our existence are free. The air we breathe, our entire sense organs, the cool breeze from the waving tree leaves, and the feeling of joy that comes from within. They were structured this way so that the poor could afford it also. As long as there's life, there's hope for the future and the more reason why we need to celebrate everyday like it's a privilege. If what should have been the most expensive commodity (life) is offered to me freely, then I ought to be grateful that I'm loved. Sad times come, we fail and fail over again, we experience the vicissitudes of life, and most times feels like it's the end. Every grin on our face finds a way to fade away, our heart becomes troubled, our teeth lose the ability to smile, and our cheeks become sour to laugh as the trouble of life hits.
Happiness is a choice and it's free. One thing I have come to realize in life is that overthinking, anxiety, depression, and sad countenance doesn't solve our problem. Better days are coming, and that we should be positive about at all times. Learn to be content with what you have at the moment while you work for a better day. We could only limit our ability to think and be productive if we give in to depression, happiness is free and we should take a lot of it. Decide to be happy in the face of difficulty, decide to be happy when all hope seems to be lost, be happy when there's no hope, it will keep you positive and allow you to see beyond the veil.
