In this series of posts I would like to talk about a potentially important part of my income strategy here on HIVE: Building a dCity that generates a passive income.
So here is a view of my city:Last week I got some nice advice from @ryosai, telling me to trade up unused young citizens for students on the market and tuning my blog-series a little bit with more pictures.
What happened there this week? Finally a lot of my young citizens turned to students, and the trade up did also work for one student (debt) and one student. So I got an economist (really good card!!!) and I finally have 8 students!
My sim holdings went up just a little as made some bids for students and keeping most of my young citizens (10 right now). Still over 15k right now!

Trade Up is a valid strategy. When you do these trades try to include some more screenshots next time since you know they work! Great work!Yooo glad to see you sharing the success!
