Not every post has to be a substantial research piece... I think that's an important reminder for me. There are lots of smaller conversations we can have, and they would help me stay consistent. I can easily get bogged down with big ideas and research rabbit holes.
So this is my renewed effort to stay consistent!
I'll be following up with a few more specific conversations, but I need to prove to myself that I can just reach out and say I'M STILL HERE... and I'm getting with the program.
It can't be understated the difference author rewards can make in the grand scheme of things! I've always been a thoughtful commenter, which is also important, but the author rewards don't even come close to a moderately popular post.
It's definitely the way to go... so I'm going. Sheesh. 🙃
The HIVE Rollercoaster!
Up and down, up and down... that seems to have been the ride we've been on for weeks now. The #HIVE token was up as high as $0.60 not too long ago, and then as low as just over $0.20 in the blink of an eye.

I'm still having a great time in the Hive ecosystem... But if I pay constant attention, it will most likely drive me mad! It's best not to dwell on the twists and turns.
I know this.
So How is #Life Right Now?
As I mentioned recently, I've been on a break from work for the past three weeks. The owner of the restaurant I serve at is doing a major renovation, and we won't be back for another three weeks!
It is a long time... but I've managed to keep my sanity so far, and accomplished surprisingly little. It's amazing how time slips by without much ado, and I'm left to wonder what I've done with it all.
Very little, my #Hivian friends... very little.

But I plan to change that! I'm going to get productive and start checking off my to-do list. This post-- and being much more consistent generally-- was one of my goals... so... BOOM.
But obviously my productivity should have more practical, real-life effects. Some reorganizing, deep cleaning a few things. You all know the stuff I mean. And it will feel fantastic to accomplish these very ordinary things.
Sigh. Adulting...
