I've been using Inleo for two, close to three years now. The amount of improvements made since then has been incredible. The site keeps growing in activity, adding new features, working with the community.
There are weekly AMAs where the community can ask their questions live and Khal responds, they can also make suggestions that are listened to and put into the development plans, for example, there is a function called Threadcast, a live chat, that wasn't even part of the original plan, and we were having constant live events, so we as a community asked for it and it got built. Lot's of users were asking for making the site available in multiple languages and that was just launched.
And is not only Inleo, the social platform, that has been built, LeoDex was also built and it makes possible things like the partnership with Dash that went live at the end of last year. I've seen the new users come, I've seen them active, and I've seen them buying Hive and Leo, of course not all of them are investors, but getting people to buy Hive, Leo, and interested on other Hive tokens is something you don't see much from the usual onboarding initiatives that get mostly content creators that don't buy, just earn.
When it comes to the AI,it's important to know that some users have AI projects which use Inleo to post, but it's totally their personal projects and their business, as other users have subscribed to them to be able to use their services, so it's actually real usage there, from users to the users.
The creator subscriptions have been really good for people to offer their services (like the AI I mentioned before), their knowledge, and more. This created a new way to earn for users that doesn't depend on the rewards pool.
It has also made the experience more similar to the Social Media experience. Every time I show Inleo to people around me they can see themselves using Threads as X, using Shorts as TikTok, even if they don't see themselves writing articles, they see themselves as consumers, which Hive needs a lot of.
My own activity is mostly on threads, because I like the way I can engage there, I like how the community is so close and involved, even the new Dash users have quickly been able to adapt. I would love to see the partnerships with the other ecosystems, which are what the proposal would support, being as successful as the Dash one.
